I have over two years experience tutoring at the high school and university level: Peerhelp Centre: Using uOttawa’s peer help service, I helped university students in computer science and math courses, providing regular hour long sessions to boost academic performance and confidence. Varsity Tutors: I have been a tutor on the VarsityTutors platform for 6 months, during which time I have mainly tutored Grade 11 and Grade 12 students who need help in their mathematics courses.
I have an academic background in philosophy, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills that translate naturally to tutoring high school mathematics. I later transitioned into computer science, building expertise in mathematics, programming, and data science.
