Prepare for the OSSLT in One Day

Is the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) coming up? This intensive one-day bootcamp helps students understand the test, strengthen their reading and writing skills, and feel ready for test day.

You will practice both parts of the OSSLT—reading and writing—while learning simple strategies to help improve your score. Throughout the day, you will work through authentic OSSLT-style questions and receive immediate feedback from your instructor and tutor. You can ask questions, improve your skills, and build confidence before test day.

Your Instructor - Haley Fisher

Haley Fisher is an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) and K–12 educator specializing in English, literacy, and ESL/ELL instruction. She holds a Master of Teaching from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto, with expertise in English and History, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts with high distinction from the University of Toronto.

Haley has extensive classroom and tutoring experience supporting students in reading, writing, communication, literacy development, standardized assessments, and academic preparation. She uses differentiated instruction and personalized feedback to help students strengthen their academic skills, build confidence, and achieve their learning goals.
